You start by kayaking along the coast to explore sea caves and the dramatic volcanic cliffs of Baía d’Abra, paddling in a single or double kayak and stopping for photos whenever you like.
Later, mask and fins go on for a snorkelling session at Cais do Sardinha, where clear water reveals all kinds of colourful fish, bright algae, sea sponges and, with a bit of luck, curious octopus or cuttlefish.
For the grand finale, a lighthouse boat tour takes you to the tip of Ponta de São Lourenço to admire the iconic lighthouse before cruising back towards Quinta do Lorde Marina, always keeping an eye out for the rare monk seal that sometimes appears in this area.
A light lunch is included, with sandwiches made on traditional Bolo do Caco bread and a variety of fresh fillings. Please let the team know in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions so your meal can be prepared accordingly.
