Depending on the service and the integration made available, EversoulMadeira.com may also facilitate reservation requests, bookings and, where applicable, payment processing on behalf of the relevant independent third-party supplier.
The platform also outlines rules for the sale of official Eversoul branded merchandise.
Access to and use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature and Scope of the Service
EversoulMadeira.com provides information, content and access to third-party services, including:
- activities, experiences, culture and gastronomy
- flights and air-travel related services
- private transfers and transportation
- car rental and mobility services
- hotels, local accommodation and rural tourism
- real estate and related services

For certain third-party services, EversoulMadeira.com may provide integrated reservation, booking or payment functionality on behalf of the relevant independent supplier or operator. The availability of such functionality does not make Eversoul the provider or operator of the underlying service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, third-party services displayed or bookable through EversoulMadeira.com are provided by the independent supplier or operator identified in the relevant service listing or booking process.

3. Eversoul Brand Merchandise
The Eversoul brand is registered and legally protected.
Eversoul may sell branded merchandise and promotional products. Purchases of Eversoul merchandise constitute a direct commercial transaction between the user and Eversoul.
Policies regarding returns, delivery, warranty and sales conditions will be provided at point of purchase.
4. Third-Party Services
Third-party suppliers and operators remain responsible for the services they provide, including, as applicable:
- legal licensing, registrations and permits
- safety, insurance and operational compliance
- performance and delivery of the service
- staff, guides, vehicles, vessels, equipment or facilities used in the service
- service-specific customer assistance
- accuracy of the information supplied to EversoulMadeira.com
- compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- issuing any invoice, receipt or other fiscal document legally required in relation to the service supplied to the customer
EversoulMadeira.com does not control or operate the services provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Where Eversoul facilitates a reservation, confirms a booking or processes or collects a payment for a third-party service, it does so, where applicable, on behalf of and under the authority of the identified supplier or operator for those purposes.
Such reservation, booking or payment functionality does not transfer responsibility for the performance of the underlying service from the supplier or operator to Eversoul.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the provision and performance of a third-party service is between the customer and the independent supplier or operator identified in the relevant service listing or booking process.
5. Payments and Reservations
The reservation and payment process may vary depending on the service, supplier and technical integration used.
Third-party services available through EversoulMadeira.com may use one or more of the following methods:
- the user may be redirected to an external supplier or third-party platform to complete the reservation and payment;
- the user may submit a reservation request or enquiry which is subsequently handled or confirmed by the relevant supplier;
- the user may complete the reservation through an integrated booking facility available on EversoulMadeira.com;
- where available, the user may also make payment through an integrated payment facility associated with the booking.
Where a reservation or payment is completed directly with an external supplier or third-party platform, Eversoul does not receive or control that payment, and the applicable payment, cancellation, refund and booking conditions are those communicated by the relevant supplier or third-party platform.
Where an integrated booking or payment facility is made available on EversoulMadeira.com, Eversoul may, where authorised by the relevant supplier or operator, facilitate or confirm the reservation and process or collect the corresponding payment in the name and on behalf of that supplier or operator, directly or through authorised booking and payment service providers.
A payment successfully processed through such an integrated facility on behalf of an identified supplier or operator constitutes payment of the corresponding booking amount to that supplier or operator.
The processing or collection of payment by Eversoul does not make Eversoul the provider, organiser or operator of the booked activity or service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, the independent supplier or operator identified during the booking process remains the contractual provider of the booked service and is responsible for issuing any invoice or other fiscal document legally required in relation to that service.
Any booking confirmation, payment confirmation or other document generated or transmitted through EversoulMadeira.com or an integrated booking or payment provider does not replace an invoice or fiscal document that the relevant supplier or operator is legally required to issue.
Cancellation, modification, no-show and refund conditions applicable to a third-party service are determined by the terms communicated for the relevant booking or by the relevant supplier or operator.
Where technically available and authorised by the relevant supplier or operator, Eversoul may facilitate or process cancellations, booking changes, refunds or other payment adjustments on that supplier’s or operator’s behalf.
The identity of the relevant supplier or operator and the applicable booking, payment and cancellation conditions will be made available to the user during the relevant service or booking process.
6. Travel Documentation and Legal Requirements
Users are responsible for meeting all legal travel requirements, including:
- passports, visas and authorisations
- health requirements
- immigration and border regulations
- documents required by aviation or governmental authorities.
EversoulMadeira.com is not responsible for denied boarding, missed travel or associated costs.
7. Risk Activities
Some activities may involve physical risk.
Users participate voluntarily and must ensure they are fit and legally able to undertake the activity.
8. Information and Content Accuracy
