Cancellation Policies
- Weather Cancellations: Tours canceled by the company due to adverse weather conditions will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
- Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance: Customers who cancel more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled tour without prior notice will result in no refund.
